REPLACEMENT

We offer a FREE “Fenestration Audit” for all educational buildings.  The audit involves us visiting the premises and carrying out a review of the condition and specification of all external windows and doors.  In consultation with the school or college we will prepare a scheduled programme of replacement and maintenance priorities aimed at cutting energy costs, reducing carbon impact and improving performance generally having regard to any limitations of the school’s budget.

Once a programme of work is agreed, we manage the complete supply and installation process.

This includes:

·         Time-tabling programmes of work for school holiday periods and avoiding
          disruption to the school routine

·         Stringent on-site Health & Safety procedures

·         Considerate construction practices, such as tidy working, waste and 
          debris removal, cleaning etc.
